This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for CometFare purchases and subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

CometFare Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-refundable Situations

Except where required by law, we may decline refunds for:

• partial subscription periods already used
• repeated refund abuse
• violations of our Terms of Service
• purchases where premium access was already granted and used

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.
